Think about it, what makes the difference between a good company and a great company? Customer Service! Jason has it nailed too! He didn't just sell us a water softener unit and then walk away, he returns to the house to see how we are doing and if the unit is satisfactory. You can purchase a water softener from several companies, but you can't put a price tag on the customer service that Jason offers.

We bought our water softener about a year ago, when we moved to San Antonio from out of state. The water gagged me, it wasn't pleasant drinking it from the tap, it smelled and tasted awful. Jason said a water softener would take care of that and it has. Not only that, the lime build up on the showers, toilets and dish washer isn't noticeable. I hadn't really given it much thought, until we were invited to dinner in our neighborhood. This house was only 6 months older than ours, but when helping to load the dishwasher, I was amazed at the amount of lime build up inside the appliance. I was very thankful that we had purchased the water softener early on so we didn't have to deal with the lime deposits and corrosion.

Sometimes it is just the little things in life that make it so much more enjoyable. Having a water softener has made me happy about little things, enjoying water from the tap, not scrubbing the shower more often than necessary. The unit has been worth the investment and it is always a pleasure to see Jason stop by to see how we are faring in our new environment. Mr. Jason Montgomery asked me if I would give him a few written comments regarding the water system I purchased from him for my new house in Villitas, of Cibolo Canyon.

Shortly after moving into our new house, I purchased on August 31, 2007 Jason's Model 4002 which is a large capacity water softener system along with a reverse osmosis system for the kitchen sink.

I am happy to say my wife and I have been very satisfied with the systems. It is no hassle to operate, one forgets it is even there. This is our first ever water softener system and we are excited with its benefits, such as sparkling clean dishes and glasses from the dishwasher, no water stains on the shower glass walls, great taste in the drinking water, no more chlorine in the bath water which has helped in reducing my wife's skin itch. Ice tea and coffee taste much better with the purified water, and we no longer purchase drinking water. Clothes come out of the clothes washer cleaner, the washer does not require as much detergent (nor does the dish washer) to operate, and the clothes come out of the cloth dryer much softer. These are the obvious results we see from having installed the soft water system and the reverse osmosis system. What we can't see is the lack of mineral build up in the machines that use water in the house or in the water pipe system which we hope will extend the life of the appliances we use every day. Note: I have been a life time resident of San Antonio and have experienced the adverse affects that the hard water in our region has on our appliances, plumbing, clothing and drinking water. I am very happy that we now have this soft water system.

The system is economical to operate. I don't see any difference in my utility bills (CPS and SAWS) by operating the system. I also believe that the system will add value to our home and be a plus in the event we elect to sell our home some day.

Mr. Montgomery and his employees are very pleasant to work with, very accommodating and wanting to please. I have no reservations in allowing Mr. Montgomery or one of his employees into my home in my absence with my wife being present. Mr. Montgomery's word is as good as a contract and that is a rare trait now days. Although I have met with Mr. Montgomery only a few times, I feel that I have known him for a greater period of time.

I believe if one were to purchase a system from “JASON'S" they would be pleased with the equipment, its benefits, and the staff installing and servicing the equipment. Note: system doesn't seem to need much servicing or care to work well.

My wife and I have lived in San Antonio for just under a year and have been disappointed with the taste, texture, and smell of the water since our arrival. We recently moved from a rental house to a house we had built and one of our priorities was a water filtration system/ softener. We shopped around for months and did not make a purchase. For various reasons we knew something was not quite right with all the softeners we had looked at. Then you came to our home.

After sitting and discussing your product it made sense to me to purchase a water softener through you and your company. Your product and professionalism were both superb making this an easy decision. We have had the water softener for a week now and could not be happier with the water. The taste and texture are outstanding and the smell is gone. Our clothes and dishes are cleaner, and our sinks and shower are filmless. One of our concerns with other softeners was the flow rates of 9 gpm or less, I cannot speak on the pressures generated from those systems when both showers are running along with the dishwasher and washing machine, but with our softener we do not notice a difference, there is always good water pressure.

Thank you for your service, professionalism and for having such an outstanding product. If anyone asks me about water softeners I would be doing them a disservice if I did not mention your name.

We are happy to recommend Jason's Water Systems to any family who wishes fresh, clean, non-smelling water. We have a new home in the country with a well and the water was undrinkable. In addition, the water had a terrible rotten egg smell. I felt compelled to explain to everyone who came into our home that the smell was coming from the water. Even if the water wasn't running at the time, the smell seemed to linger in the house. You certainly couldn't drink it because of the unbearable taste. When you showered or washed laundry, I always felt like the rotten smell stayed on my body or clothes.

Jason educated us on our water and the reasons we may need his system (in a non-pressure demonstration). We purchased the system and within a couple of days, installation took place. Fresh water was immediate and the rotten egg smell is gone forever. I cannot express how wonderful it is and how something as simple as clean water can really make a difference in our home.

In addition, we no longer have to purchase gallon jugs or individual bottles of water for our everyday use. Besides finding a place to store our bottled water, the expense was beginning to add up. I'm sure within a short time the system will have paid for itself. I no longer have to use large amounts of bath soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, or hand soap. Our new soft, clean water is fantastic and my skin already feels softer.

Thank you for introducing us to your wonderful water system. You have really enhanced our quality of life.

We first purchased a Jason's Water system for our home in 1993. We were living in our guest home, which we built first, prior to building our dream home. At the time it was built in 1995, we again purchased an additional system. When we sold our home in 2001, and moved into an existing home in Belton, we were not fortunate enough to have a water system in our home. We did not realize how much we enjoyed having this system, until we went without one for several years.

We just recently purchased another water system for our home. I absolutely love this system. It prevents me from having water residue build up on the shower glass, and the water tastes so much better. No more stuff - floating on top of the tea in my iced tea pitcher. I am not sure why we waited so long to get another system. Please don't delay. You will be so thankful for this system in your home. Not only will it save you cleaning time, your skin and hair will be glad you did.

Personal Comments:

There are two components to the Jason Water System that are the key:
1. The filtration system removes harmful VOC's Volatile Organic Contaminants– which is particularly important in Waco.
2. The water treatment system makes cleaning a breeze. No hard water residue plus the decreased need for cleaners and detergents. I would recommend the system without reservation.

Concerning your water filtration system, we were ecstatic when we heard of your product upon arrival to Temple. My wife and I put it in our home and enjoyed all the benefits that you had explained to us and from a health standpoint, we enjoyed chlorine-free water. Then, I decided, in order to protect my “high dollar" dental equipment, I would have the system installed at my dental office. When we decided to build our new home, there was no question that I would have the “whole house system" placed in order to protect our bodies and our plumbing fixtures. I know that your potential customers will welcome information about your system and delivery.

We have been very pleased with the whole house water system you sold us. As an Army Environmental Scientist, I have studied water systems and act as an installation subject matter expert in drinking water quality analysis and system design. The Army relies heavily on disinfecting chemicals to produce drinking water for the soldiers in the field, and families living on post. Once the water has been disinfected, soldiers and family members drink the surplus disinfectant. In most cases, this is chlorine or some form of chlorine chemical disinfectant. Now chlorine as a disinfectant in drinking water has been hailed as one of the most important developments of the 20th Century and this is not in dispute, however, once the water has been disinfected there is NO health benefit of chlorine in the body. In fact, health officials are discovering detrimental effects of ingesting chlorine in drinking water. The best practice, in my opinion, is to use the chlorine to take out the bacteria and other biological impurities found in municipal water, then, remove the chlorine prior to drinking so that only pure water is used. This is what the Jason's Water System does. My wife and kids only drink pure water now. I plan to use my environmental lab to run a confirmatory test on this water system to prove it's purity. Again, we are very pleased with the system, the price and the customer service provided by Jason and his employees.

This is to let you know how much we are enjoying all the benefits of your whole house system in our homes. It's great to know we have no chemicals coming into our homes, and we are able to drink clean water at all our spigots. No more soap residue is in our showers and bathtubs, and our skin feels great.

As builders, we would only recommend your system because it is the only system certified to plumbing code, treating all the water that comes into our home and not reducing the flow of water which other systems do.

We highly recommend Jason's Water Systems. Despite passing Texas State Standards, the well water in our new house had a rotten-egg smell and the salty taste was intolerable.

Jason's promised a solution. The day the system was installed, we called to tell Jason's that the water was much better, but did not meet our expectations. They returned to our home within 24 hours and installed an additional piece of equipment at no additional charge. Our drinking water tastes like bottle-water, the bad smell is a memory, and our sinks and faucets no longer discolor from minerals and soap scum.

In our opinion, Jason's integrity is undeniable. Jason's delivered what they promised and provided - rapid customer service.

We are very pleased that you came around and talked to us about the water system we had you install. The quality of water is great! The taste is great! We are saving a lot of money now, as we were always buying bottled water before. All our children are in sports at school, and drink a lot of water throughout the day.
